I decided with the holiday this week and the fact I would rather you were with family and friends than reading about 100 ways a home office warrior can utilize a virtual assistant, you will have to wait. I am not posting part three until Monday, the 28th.
In the meantime, lets see if we can get as many ideas from all of you on how you would utilize a Virtual Assistant. Leave your comments here to this post with those ideas. If you have a blog or Web site, make sure you leave your URL. After next Monday’s post, I will take the comments and make a list using the comments. If you leave a comment, you will get a free link contained in the post of your ideas on how to utilize a virtual assistant.
But there is a catch. If I don’t get at least 25 comments, I won’t make the list of YOUR ideas. How’s that for pressure?

Hi, Grant:
How about hiring a Virtual Assistant to do an audit of your telecom expenses and perform a “Phone Image” Makeover? The home office warrior could start 2008 with a more polished and professional phone appearance and maybe even save a little money to boot.
Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you have a great one.

A Virtual Assistant can help with streamlining office procedures. For example, if you have a process that uses the same forms over and over with minor changes in data, a VA can create templates for you using HotDocs and/or Word and then complete the documents for you based upon information you gather from your client.
A VA can develop a list of supplies you order on a regular basis via an online office supply store and place those orders for you.
A VA can help you get your newsletter or e-zine out the door on a monthly basis.
